RETURNS

Hassle-free returns - Returns accepted for any reason - Please contact us as soon as possible in the case that you want to return an item.

You have 14 days from the moment of delivery to decide to keep or return one or more purchased items. In case of flawed goods, give us communication within 14 hours of delivery. In both cases, users can use their right of withdrawal sending an e-mail at info@thetimemaker.co asking for repayment or replacement of flawed goods, without giving any reason. You have a total of 28 days (14 to tell us an 14 to return) to make a return with a full refund.

The above products can be returned via courier following our instructions and the costs will be at your charge. Items have to be returned in their original packaging with their labels and/or accessories (dustbag, container, etc.) and must not be altered.

REFUNDS

In case of refund, you will receive your money back in 5-7 working days.
